What we store
Your library, tags, conversations and dreams are stored as ordinary files in a folder on your Mac. Reudex does not upload, sync or copy them anywhere.
No accounts, no tracking
Reudex has no account system and collects no telemetry, usage statistics or analytics. The app makes no background connections of its own.
License activation
License keys are verified entirely on your machine. Activation is offline, and we never receive your key.
When you contact us
If you write to support, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and do not share it with third parties.
Third-party services
If you configure a cloud engine with your own API key, requests go directly from your Mac to that provider and are governed by its privacy policy. If you download the local embedding model via Ollama, the download is served by Ollama's infrastructure. Reudex adds no tracking to either.

Terms of Service
Acceptance
By downloading or using Reudex you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Your license
A Pro purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use on Macs you own or control. Team licenses are billed per member per year. License keys must not be resold or shared.
Free trial
The first 14 days include the full Pro experience with no account and no payment details. Afterwards the app continues in the free tier.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase you may request a full refund by email, no questions asked.
Disclaimer
Reudex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Your library lives in a folder you control — please keep backups of it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Reudex is limited to the amount you paid for it.
